Why is our FEMALE rabbit jumping on our males back?

Its normally the male that does that!

And the male obviously doesnt like it, and it looks like the female is also scratching his back when she jumps. Why is our FEMALE rabbit jumping on our males back?
She is just trying to show that she is more dominant over him, my rabbits used to do it.Why is our FEMALE rabbit jumping on our males back?
This is absolutely normale and if you are trying to breed, it is probably because your male isn't as aggressive as the female (in terms of breeding, not personality). Otherwise, they ';practice'; like that on each other as kits and adults, and they don't seem to care which sex they are mounting. The hair nipping/pulling/scratching back is also another thing they do when they mate. It's a funny sight!

Rabbits don't really like to live together. The mounting isn't much of a concern but if and when they fight, they'll need separate cages.
Are they both fixed? My female was doing this the other day, she is either pregnant or having a false pregnancy.

My Vet told us it is a guarding behavior. Separate them.
LOL! (MAYBE THE FEMALE IS A MALE????) x
your rabbit could be desperate to mate so its raping the male. lol.
i think they're just playing really, ours do that too sometimes
