It is normal for rabbits at times to have red urine. Some people believe it is due to plant pigment that has been digested. These pigments can be found in carrots, spinach, or other veggies that may have beta carotene. The urine should return normal within a few days or a few weeks. There should be no need to panic if the bunny is acting fine. If your rabbit is acting lethargic or not eating there may be something going on and you should consult a veterinarian.Redish liquid in my rabbit cage? what could be happening to her?
Rabbit urine can vary in color depending on the amount of water that is consumed. Make sure she is drinking. Give some lettuce to increase water consumption or add some flavor to the water bowl/bottle.

She could be bleeding internally. Take her to the vet if you notice it continuing.
Since you don't know where it's coming from, you can't stop it. She may be bleeding internally and she is peeing blood or pooping blood, that would be bad and she would need to go to the vet A.S.A.P. Keep and eye on her and try to figure out where it's coming from, good luck :(
