it is better to keep your rabbit in an unused wooden shed rather than directly outside and to insulate the inside of the shed with bubble wrap, and round the back of the cage. this will keep the temperature stable. By leaving a rabbit out in the open air when it has just been remove from a warm home, it will end up with pneumonia.

I have used this technique for many years and have never had a rabbit end up ill.

Temperature changes to rabbits should be gradual.
i don't know if you will have the time today but you can get a heat lamp and put on top of the cage or a heat pad that goes under the cage but you should just bring them in tonight if you can't get to the pet store tonight.
put in lots of hay straw i put a cover over my hutches in winter
