The government may have some issues that ';do not exist'; and their way of solving problems is to ship the trouble maker to another military base, but secrets, oh, no, we don't have them in our government. Nope, problems in government just don't exist, it is just your imagination, and you may have a big imagination, but it is clearly your imagination.
